These Terms of Service govern use of the My Brand Companion™ website and related communications. My Brand Companion™ is operated by LaKenya's LLC. Separate written agreements, checkout terms, or project terms may apply when you purchase services; if those terms conflict with these website terms, the more specific written terms control for that service.
Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes to learn about our services, submit inquiries or project information, apply for opportunities, and access approved resources. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person or business, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.
Service Information
Website descriptions, pricing, timelines, and availability may change. A website preview, estimate, demo, or marketing example is not a guarantee of traffic, sales, search ranking, revenue, or any other business outcome. Purchased services may be subject to a separate Client Website Services Agreement or other written scope.
SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms
When you separately opt in to receive recurring marketing text messages from My Brand Companion™, you authorize My Brand Companion™ to send automated marketing SMS or MMS messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out: Reply STOP to stop recurring messages. After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation message. Help: Reply HELP for assistance or email info@mybrandcompanion.com.
We may use a different consent flow for service-related or transactional messages where permitted. Marketing consent will not be treated as a condition of purchasing services, submitting a form, or applying for an opportunity.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a written client agreement, the My Brand Companion™ name, website content, templates, systems, processes, training materials, code, prompts, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to My Brand Companion™ and may not be copied, republished, resold, or used to create a competing reproduction without permission.
Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party providers such as hosting, domain, payment, communications, CRM, or analytics services. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers
